Movement. Balance. Coordination.

We tend to form habits in the way we move our bodies. We become familiar with our own repetitive patterns and, unintentionally limit the varieties of motion available. Poor movement patterns and bad posture can cause repetitive damage to tissues, even with normal everyday activities, and continue a cycle of prolonged stress and pain.

Neuromuscular re-education retrains our positional 'sense,' or proprioception, and facilitates movement, balance, and coordination.

Proprioception
